The decline in loss ratio is related to the decline in risk score, threat score, and other micro economic conditions that are favoring a reduced probability of cyber incident and a further reduction in associated financial impacts. However, the risk score and threat score have been increasing slightly since February 2023, which will lead to an increase in incident probability.
